According to our warranty policy, if the car accessories delivered to you do not perform effectively in the course of the warranty period; Zautoaccesories will exchange them for you or repair them free of cost.
The Warranties Offered On Coverking Products
A minimum warranty of 1 year is available on all Coverking`s custom seat covers, car covers dashboard covers, floormats, sunshields and other automotive accessories except a few products that carry specific warranties. These Coverking products are mentioned below along with the warranties available on them.
- Poly carpet dashboard covers are available with lifetime warranty.
- Molded carpet dashboard covers come with lifetime warranty.
- Autobody Armor car covers are available with 4 years` pro-rated warranty.
- Stormproof car covers come with 4 years` pro-rated warranty.
- Velour dashboard covers are available with three months` warranty.
Dear customer, you are entitled to enjoy the warranty benefits available on Coverking products but for this a few terms and conditions have to be satisfied. Please have a look at the informative details provided below:
- To ensure that your warranty claims are entertained, you need to have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. If you don’t have a RGA number, you can have it by contacting Zautoaccessories.com through mail at admin@zautoaccessories.com. For the RGA number, you need to provide specific information on the defects you have observed in the products, your Zautoaccessories invoice order number and your contact details.
- For refund or exchange of products, approval from the manufacturer is required. Therefore, Zautoaccessories will not refund or exchange any product until and unless the manufacturer Coverking provides approval for the same.
