Return Policy

www.zautoaccessories.com takes extra care to ensure quick and hassle-free delivery of products to its customers. We also ensure that all our high quality custom-made seat covers, car covers, floormats, sunshields, dashboard covers etc are delivered in a completely unspoilt and unstained condition. But if due to some factor you find that our products are not suited or do not meet your requirement, we request you to contact us at the earliest for product return.

Our product return policy enables you to exchange the products delivered by us or return them and claim your money back without facing any inconvenience. But for trouble-free product returns, please follow the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • You should return the product in the same condition in which it was received by you. The product that you are returning must be in a brand new state and resalable condition.
  • If you have received our products in a damaged condition, you should inform the same to us at the earliest. Please ensure that we get to know about this within a period of around 48 hours and do not forget to use your order ID number while communicating with us.
  • The product/products must be returned along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • All Coverking products returned by you must be accompanied with the assigned Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Products returned without RGA number are not likely to be accepted and www.zautoaccessories.com cannot be held responsible in this regard. For safe and hassle-free returns, you should ask for RGA number if you don’t have it.
  • If your claim is found to be legal or justifiable, Zautoaccessories promises to provide you 100% refund of your payment or free replacement of the product returned by you.
  • The customer should be ready to pay 15% restocking fee for each and every returned product.
  • Even though it is up to you to choose the mode of shipping kindly ascertain that the returned products are nicely packaged.
  • As soon as the returned products are collected and appropriate checking is done on their accuracy and condition, we process the refund payment within a period of 3-5 business days. The refund is done in the same payment mode which was used by the customer to buy products.
  • When the refund claim by a customer is accepted and processed, Zautoaccessories will send a mail to him/her informing of the same.
  • Products that are used, altered, modified or installed are not eligible for returns.
  • Zautoaccessories is free to decide whether to consider/not consider any return claims of products after a period of 30 days.
  • Pertaining to international orders, Zauatoaccessories would like to clarify that only products having defects are eligible for exchange. Exchange requests or returns of other products will not be entertained.
  • In most cases, requests for returns of Special order products or customized products are not accepted.
